Emergency and On-Call Services

We have staff on call 24hrs hours a day to ensure our clients receive the services they expect from us.

 

 

Member's Club

 

Do you already have a great caregiving staff, but need assistance time to time or on short notice?

Do you provide care to a loved one or others, and could use extra help or some free time?

 

If you answered "Yes", our On-Call Member's Club will complete your family's care plans.

 

The Member’s Club is for client’s and/or families that may not need consistent care, or already have consistent care and just need help time to time. With the Member’s Club you may receive the following:


As a member you will recieve:

 

  • Free initial assessment
    o   Assessment done by RN to enssure we can provide the best service to our members and their loved ones
     

  • Emergency and On-Call Services
    o   Coverage for emergencies or if one of your personal staff members calls out
    o   Quality Care @Home staff member call-outs
     

  • Help with monthly scheduling of your care staff
    o   Assistance with making schedules to ensure you have the times you need covered using your current personal
         staff members that are not employees of Quality Care @Home

     

  • Access to great caregivers 24-hrs a day and 7-days a week.
    o   24-hr call line to get covered in case of emergencies or to set up future coverage
     

  • Emotional support from our clinical and administrative staff
    o   Advice on changes you may need to make to enssure the best care for your loved one
    o   Advice on how to handle stressful situations related to care services and staff
    o   A compassionate voice on the other end of the phone

     

  • Confidence in knowing you are always covered
    o   Short Term Care
    o   Short Notice Coverage
    o   Temporary Replacements
    o   On-Call Services 24-hrs a day 7-days a week

 

 

 

How it works:

 

  1. Sign an Admission Agreement
     

  2. Schedule your free initial assessment to be done by our clininical staff; to ensure we know exactly how to care for your loved ones
     

  3. Personalized Care Plan written to be kept at your home
     

  4. Personalized Contract designed to meet your family's needs
     

  5. Pay your initial weekly or monthly fee for your membership and receive your free Membership Card
     

 

Call the Emergency and On-Call service line whenever you need to set up coverage, need to get help with scheduling, need emitional support, or need us to assist you will finding new staff.

 

Window for providing emergency short-term coverage is usually from 1 to 3 hours. Once we receive your call we will immediately begin the process to send out our caregiver. You will be responsible for the hourly rate that is outlined in your personalized contract.

 

Clients that are not part of the Member Club may pay higher fees for Emergency and On-Call services.

Consistent clients whom are not a part of the member’s club still receive all the services we provide but at different costs.

There will only be additional charges for services outside of what is outlined in the contracts if you are not a Pink Club Member.

 

All memberships have the same down payment but different monthly payments. 

Down payment is due at sign up and monthly payment is due on the the first day of the month and may be prorated

Membership can be canceled at anytime no refunds will be made. Please cancel membership before the the first day of the month.
